The website www.SprShop.nl and the associated online services are provided to you by SprShop, legally registered in Amsterdam and listed in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 34354900. The following policy applies to SprShop regarding the protection of your privacy. SprShop guarantees the protection of the privacy of all visitors to the site as much as possible. This means we also expect maximum effort from our partners in safeguarding personal data. As part of our services, SprShop records data (name, phone number, and email address). SprShop uses this data for the execution of the relevant agreement, for its other services, and to keep customers informed about (new) products and services from SprShop, affiliated group companies, or carefully selected third parties. In doing so, SprShop tries to take your preferences into account. If you do not wish to receive information about (new) products and services, you can notify us by sending an email to hello@sprshop.io with the subject "Address Registration". We will then block your data for this purpose.

Retention period
Your data will be stored by SprShop for a longer period, but never longer than necessary for the performance of activities, unless we are legally required to retain your data longer.

Right of access
You have the right to request access to your data stored by SprShop at any time. You can do this by sending an email or contacting SprShop by phone. You will then receive an overview of your data.

Right to rectification
Is your data incorrect? Or has your information changed? You have the right to have it corrected by SprShop. You can change your newsletter subscription information via the designated URL at the bottom of each email.

Right to erasure

These newsletters are partly commercial and partly aimed at knowledge sharing. Your name and email address are collected via the designated form on the SprShop website. Additionally, you may be asked verbally or in writing to sign up. The newsletters are sent using Hubspot and/or Dotmailer. When you subscribe to the newsletter on our website, your email address and first name are automatically stored in the relevant list within Hubspot and/or Dotmailer.
